Vacuum contactors with a built-in electromagnetic drive are designed for switching electrical circuits in three-phase alternating current networks with an isolated neutral frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of up to 10 kV. The contactor is switched on when a constant or rectified voltage control electromagnet is applied to the coil. Disconnection of the contactor occurs when the voltage is removed from the clamp block, while the holding voltage disappears from the coil of the control electromagnet and the action of the preload spring and the disconnection spring turns the contactor shaft, opening the contacts of the KDV.
